• Lead and mentora team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and developmentopportunities to foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of QA processes to ensure efficient and effective testing methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA activities and drive improvements in product quality.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to product quality, identifying potential issues early and implementing preventive measures
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements.

Tələblər:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within QA or software testing and minimum 3 years as a QA tester
• Strong understanding of QA manual and automation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
