Öhdəliklər:

• Monitor environment, applications etc. performance and availability using network monitoring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, escalating to appropriate teams for resolution when necessary.
• Analyze network traffic patterns and performance data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following established procedures and protocols.
• Document all incidents, resolutions, and changes to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide after-hours support as needed.
   

Tələblər:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in network, environment, application management/monitoring or a similar role.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Desire Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting technologies such as PRTG, Zabbix, Icinga, Dynatrace, Elastic/Kibana, OEM, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, PagerDuty
• Desire Experience with troubleshooting of Linux, Windows Services
• Desire Experience and Understanding of Infrastructure environments – VMware, storage, networks, databases, etc.
• Desire knowledge with Docker, K8s, Kafka, and other DevOps relevant tech stacks
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
