- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data related to user behavior, feedback, and interactions, and providing insights and recommendations to improve the product's usability and user satisfaction.
- Conducting usability tests to gather feedback from users and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the product's user interface (UI) and user interactions (UIX).
- Conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences, and using the findings to inform product design decisions.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure UX goals and requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, such as usability test reports, user research findings, and UX design evaluations, to track progress and share insights with team members and stakeholders.
- Keeping upto-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and research, and applying them to improve the product's user experience.
- Identifying areas of improvement in the product's user experience, and recommending and implementing changes to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Setting measurable goals for user engagement, conversion rates, and other key metrics and tracking progress toward achieving those goals

- The necessary skills and experience
- Work experience in the relevant field as a Researcher.
- Strong analytical skills;
- Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing;
- Familiar working with analytic tools such as Firbase, Amplitude, Google Analytics;
- Experience planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process;
- Strong communication skills with ability to interpret data;
- Solid knowledge of agile software development;
- Experience working in design teams in an Agile product development setting is a plus.
