This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Sales department at Assistance Tour located in Baku. The Head of Sales department will be responsible for overseeing and managing incoming tours, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. The Incoming Manager will also handle creating and calculating the offers, managing them and handle any issues or emergencies that arise during tours.

Working Hours
Weekday: 10 am – 6 pm

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the travel industry and local attractions
• Customer service orientation
• Preferably fluent in English and Russian
