• Database Management:
• Design, install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Perform routine database administration tasks, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop, implement, and test backup and recovery strategies.
• Performance Tuning:
• Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database configurations to enhance performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and implement proactive measures to prevent future issues.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain database security policies, access controls, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard data.
• Ensure databases comply with industry standards and regulations, such as CİS,PCİ-DSS
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
• Configure and manage high availability solutions such as Oracle Data Guard and Real Application Clusters (RAC and RAC ONE NODE).
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and conduct regular tests to ensure business continuity.
• Upgrade and Patch Management:
• Plan and execute database upgrades, patch installations, and migrations to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Minimize downtime and impact on users during maintenance activities.
• Capacity Planning:
• Perform capacity planning and scaling to accommodate future growth and changing business requirements.
• Ensure adequate resources are available to support database workloads.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with application developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support database-related activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior DBAs and IT staff.
Tələblər
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with a strong track record of managing large, complex database environments.
• Proven experience in performance tuning, high availability solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional (OCP) or higher certifications are highly preferred.
• Expertise in Oracle Database versions 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, RAC,RAC ONE NODE and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and backup technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
