Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a business-focused, data-driven Senior Product Owner to lead a subscription-based SaaS product in the QR technology space, targeting a global customer base. In this highly competitive market, we need someone who has successfully scaled SaaS products, understands the full product lifecycle, and is obsessed with delivering real business results. This role is ideal for someone with strong business instincts, fluency in data, a product mindset, and experience leading high-performing teams in outcome-oriented environments.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own the product and business outcomes—from roadmap definition to delivery and performance measurement.
  • Lead the cross-functional product team, balancing vision with execution, and ensuring the team delivers high-impact work.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver features that drive customer value and business growth - not just outputs.
  • Build an ongoing user feedback and experimentation loop to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversions, onboarding, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmap items with core business goals.
  • Break down product goals into actionable features, epics, and user stories with clear business impact.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for new features and improvements with business performance in mind.
  • Analyze product usage, behavior data, and trends to make evidence-based business decisions.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Act as the internal and external face of the product, clearly communicating goals, decisions, and direction to all stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor the competitive landscape and identify gaps or emerging business opportunities. Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring clear rationale and business value for every item.

Skills and abilities:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner and/or Product Manager role working with software development teams
  • Strong background in subscription-based business models, including familiarity with churn management, pricing strategies, and monetization experiments.
  • Proven experience driving measurable business results through product iterations and experimentation.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or FullStory.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and backlog management best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills—you influence without authority and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Working hours:

  • We work 4 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
