Avese Travel is seeking a highly organized and proactive Incoming/Inbound Tour Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is central to creating exceptional travel experiences for our local & international clients exploring Azerbaijan. You will be the key operational specialist, managing our network of local partners and ensuring the flawless execution of incoming and inbound tours.

Key responsibilities:
- Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal hotels, tour guides, drivers, and activity providers. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Tour Operation & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of incoming tours, including accommodation bookings, guide assignments, transportation, and activity scheduling. Ensure all services are confirmed and delivered to the highest standard
- Sales & Quotation Support: Prepare compelling and accurate tour proposals and cost calculations for potential clients
- Client Support: Provide operational support for incoming groups and individuals, acting as a key contact to resolve any issues promptly and ensure a seamless client journey
- Reporting & Administration: Manage and prepare regular sales and operational reports, tracking booking volumes, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
