This role is central to creating exceptional travel experiences for our local & international clients exploring Azerbaijan. You will be the key operational specialist, managing our network of local partners and ensuring the flawless execution of incoming and inbound tours.

Key responsibilities:
- Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal hotels, tour guides, drivers, and activity providers. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Tour Operation & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of incoming tours, including accommodation bookings, guide assignments, transportation, and activity scheduling. Ensure all services are confirmed and delivered to the highest standard
- Sales & Quotation Support: Prepare compelling and accurate tour proposals and cost calculations for potential clients
- Client Support: Provide operational support for incoming groups and individuals, acting as a key contact to resolve any issues promptly and ensure a seamless client journey
- Reporting & Administration: Manage and prepare regular sales and operational reports, tracking booking volumes, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Immediate joiner; we require a candidate who can join our team from the first week of December
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience as an Incoming Tour Operator, Travel Coordinator, or in a similar role within Azerbaijan's tourism industry
- Strong existing network and relationships with local hotels, guides, and service providers in Azerbaijan is a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of sales principles in the travel sector, with experience in costing tours and preparing quotations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive partner relations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting) and travel reservation/operation software
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus.
