- Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff
- Receive and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage daily internal and external correspondence
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing system
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure a professional and hospitable office environment
Working conditions:
- Full-time schedule (Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00)
- Official employment under the labor code
- Salary: to be determined during the interview/
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or at least secondary specialized education)
- Degree in administration, office management, hospitality, or related field is a plus
Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role
- Experience in an office or business center environment is advantageous
Languages:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (both spoken and written)
- Good command of Russian and English (ability to communicate over phone, email, with visitors)
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well under pressure
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable operating basic office equipment (phone systems, printers, scanners, etc.)
Personal attributes:
- Punctual, reliable, with strong attendance
- Friendly, patient, courteous, positive attitude
- Proactive; able to take initiative when needed
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Calm under pressure and good problem-solving skills
Other requirements:
- Age range — e.g. 19-28 years.
