Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company, increasing brand awareness, and attracting new clients to our inbound tourism services in Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s tourism services

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across digital platforms (social media, website, email marketing, etc.)

• Collaborate with international travel agencies, influencers, and media to enhance visibility

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus)

• Degree in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
