King Entertainment Corp is a fast-growing company offering dynamic user experiences through platforms like Sweeps.us and Score.us. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative CRM Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help drive user engagement, retention, and loyalty through high-impact campaigns and communications.

Position Overview

As a CRM Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You’ll play a key role in delivering personalized and timely communications that enhance the user journey and drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule CRM campaigns targeting user segments across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)

  • Assist in managing the content calendar and promotional campaign rollout in collaboration with the marketing and product teams

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, and revenue impact

  • Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to continuously improve message targeting, timing, and content effectiveness

  • Work with design and content teams to ensure CRM materials are visually engaging and aligned with brand voice

  • Support segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and lifecycle data

  • Ensure accurate execution of campaigns using CRM tools and maintain best practices for compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

  • Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to track user behavior and optimize retention funnels

Requirements

✔ Fluent in spoken and written English (required)
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in CRM, email marketing, or campaign coordination
✔ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns
✔ Comfortable using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, Iterable, etc.)
✔ Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimization
✔ Basic knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and data-driven marketing principles
✔ Bonus: Prior experience in digital or tech industries
