Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Content Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the Content Manager by generating creative content ideas, coordinating promotional activities, briefing writers and designers, and assisting in content and ad creation. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate fresh and engaging ideas for content marketing campaigns across various platforms.
   
• Create and assign promotion tasks to relevant team members (writers, designers, ad specialists).
   
• Develop clear, detailed briefs for writers and designers to ensure high-quality outputs.
   
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad content and promotional ideas.
   
• Assist the Content Manager in daily planning, scheduling, and content project management.
   
• Maintain organized documentation of all content projects and assignments.
   
• Support the team in ensuring brand voice consistency across all materials.
   
• Conduct light research to back up ideas and enhance content quality.
   
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results (optional based on skills).
   

Requirements:

• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
   
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
   
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and content.
   
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
   
• Familiarity with content marketing, digital marketing, and promotional strategies.
   
• Previous experience in a marketing, content role is a plus.
   
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools (like Asana, Trello, or similar) is preferred.
